This Privacy Policy applies to the Quality Engineering Assistant, available as a Microsoft Teams app, Google Workspace Add-on, Slack app, and ChatGPT Custom GPT (collectively, the "Service"). When you use the Service, the text you type (your quality engineering questions, 8D descriptions, FMEA content, NCR observations, audit notes) is sent to an AI provider to generate a response. The AI providers used are:

Do not submit trade secrets, personally identifiable information (PII), or information classified as confidential under your organisation's data policies through the Service. Use general descriptions of problems rather than proprietary part numbers, customer names, or internal references where your organisation's policy requires it.
